T-Mobile Sentinel UI Design

Brief

As the third largest provider of cellular services, T-Mobile often needs to work with law enforcement agencies for access to data on it’s network -Data that’s pertinent to legal matters and is obtained by court order. Sentinel streamlines the process of requesting/receiving this data and meets the demand of the growing number of legal requests.

I worked as the Lead User Interface Designer to deliver visual specifications for the T-Mobile Sentinel application. In addition, I contributed to, and helped implement T-Mobile’s GLUE design system.

Problem & Process

As a Law Enforcement Agent, I need to access cellular network data that is pertinent to ongoing and/or active legal investigations.

As a Customer Care Specialist, I need to verify/manage the identity of agents that are requesting data, validate the legal request for the data, and deliver the data to the agent/agency.

As a Business Owner, I need to reduce the overall costs in our call center, by digitizing processes, to streamline efficiency.
