Brief

Sempra Energy is an American natural gas utilities holding company based in San Diego, California. The goals of this project was to quickly turn-around an updated design for the organizations internal SharePoint intranet site.

I worked as the Lead User Interface Designer to deliver visual specifications for the Sempra Energy intranet site, following the Microsoft Fluent design system.

Problem & Process

As a Human Resource Specialist, I need to post employee and company related information in one easy-to-find place. 

As a Sempra Energy Employee, I need access to my benefits info, pay stubs, IT support requests, and company news/events. 

As a Business Owner, I need to reduce the amount of interruptions to my HR team by better organizing our existing intranet.
