BeneFactor Corporate Website

BENEFACTOR, INC.

BeneFactor UI Design

Brief

BeneFactor Funding, Corp (benefactor.com) is a financial factoring company that helps businesses grow with funds from their fast and flexible accounts receivable purchase programs. Their existing website and logo were in need of a redesign as they prepared to launch digital marketing campaigns to increase sales leads. BeneFactor Funding, Corp was founded in 1992 by Randall Carter of Denver, Colorado.

My role on this project was Lead Designer/Developer. I collaborated with product managers, executives, and other key stakeholders to ensure innovative, attractive, and functional user experiences were delivered -enabling users to accomplish their goals quickly.

I worked on developing personas, journey maps, information architecture models, user task flows, wireframes, and visual UI specifications as needed. Then, ensured that a consistent design language was applied throughout the system, that matched the brand and the ideal experience of the end users.

Problem & Process

As a Business Owner (prospect), I need more money, right away, and would like to use my accounts receivables (invoices) as collateral… I need a factoring service.

As a Business, I need a more modern branding and digital marketing platform to prepare for upcoming digital marketing campaigns and to help increase sales leads.
