I led UX and design system evolution for SAFe Studio, guiding a community of 12+ designers across parallel product workstreams. I aligned cross-functional teams around shared standards and reusable components while introducing user-testing protocols that enabled continuous product and experience improvements at platform scale.
T-Mobile
I served as Lead UI Designer on Sentinel, a secure internal platform for managing high-volume legal data requests. I partnered with legal, compliance, federal law enforcement, and engineering teams to translate complex regulations into clear, usable workflows, contributing to the T-Mobile G.L.U.E. design system while building a custom, extensible layer of Sentinel-specific components.
Stackup
I led the redesign of Stackup, a K–12 reading analytics platform that measured and encouraged online reading. The product provided teachers and parents real-time visibility into student progress while promoting student agency in reading choices. Our work helped drive nationwide school adoption and positioned the platform for acquisition.
