Brief

Scaled Agile provides access to training resources on SAFe, the world’s leading business agility framework. Employees of large enterprises learn SAFe and earn credentials through a Salesforce based platform called the Community. Now serving over 500k total users, and within a rapid growth stage, the SAFe Community is a key product within the enterprise portfolio.

By following a User Centered Design approach, I collaborate with end users, engineers, product managers, executives, and other key stakeholders to ensure innovative, attractive, and functional user experiences are delivered -enabling users to accomplish their goals quickly. 

I work on developing personas, journey maps, information architecture models, user task flows, wireframes, and visual UI specifications as needed. Then, ensure that a consistent design language is applied throughout the system, that matches the brand and the ideal experience of the end users.

Problem & Approach

As a Learner, I need access to training courses, training materials, a testing platform, and my certification collateral. 

As an Instructor, I need access to course delivery materials and training aides. As a Partner, I need access to marketing collateral and other business related content. 

As a Course Administrator, I need to manage public and private training events, purchase courseware licenses, upload course rosters, etc. 

As a System Administrator, I need to manage content, user records, analytics, and add new features within the system constraints. 

As a Business Owner, I need a well organized and easy-to-access platform, to facilitate learning, teaching, and administering training courses.
